This policy explains what information Acecreate Technologies ("Acecreate", "we", "us") collects when you use acecreate.tech, and how we use and protect it. We operate from Uyo, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, and handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
We use your information to run the service: generating and saving your designs, crediting token purchases, delivering downloads, responding to support tickets and build requests, and sending the newsletter you subscribed to. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your project briefs to advertise to you.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference for your currency choice. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
Our application is hosted on Vercel and our database on Railway, both reputable cloud providers with industry-standard security. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt); receipts are only viewable by Acecreate administrators.
You can update your name in Settings, and permanently delete your account (Settings → Danger zone) — this removes your account and unlocks immediately. You may also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to export or erase your data by contacting us.
