These terms govern your use of acecreate.tech, operated by Acecreate Technologies, Uyo, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Acecreate generates website and app design concepts from the brief you provide, lets you unlock designs to download their code and assets, and offers done-for-you build services delivered by our team. Generated previews are watermarked and remain our property until unlocked.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You must be able to enter binding agreements to purchase. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
Unlocks are paid for with tokens (1 token = 1 unlock). Tokens are credited after we confirm your bank transfer against the receipt and reference you submit — usually within 24 hours. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable and are not refundable once spent on an unlock. If a top-up cannot be verified, we'll reject it with a reason and you can resubmit or contact support.
When you unlock a design you receive a perpetual, worldwide, commercial license to use, modify and deploy the exported code and assets for your business or your client's. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage unlocked designs as templates or competing design products.
Done-for-you builds are scoped by written quote. Installment plans (weekly or monthly) are available on eligible packages; your first payment starts the project and remaining payments follow the agreed schedule. Work may pause if an installment is more than 7 days overdue. Deliverables transfer to you on final payment.
Don't use Acecreate to create designs for illegal products or services, scams, or content that infringes others' rights, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
